More About Conference Details

Presented by the University of Toronto’s Acceleration Consortium, Accelerate is an interdisciplinary conference designed to bring together experts in academia, industry and government who are shaping the emerging field of accelerated science.

Attendees will explore leading-edge methods, applications and research related to materials and molecular discovery. Join us to:

  • Gain an increased awareness of the fundamentals and tools for accelerated discovery including machine learning, data analysis and modelling, and laboratory automation
  • Discuss novel applications and discoveries in accelerated science including drug discovery and delivery, solid state materials, sustainable soft materials and low-carbon structural materials, etc.
  • Discuss societal implications of accelerated science, including legal, ethical, and economic considerations
  • Explore innovative and collaborative approaches to research translation as it relates to commercialization, leadership, training, and education
